Artesian Cellars Begins Work on Pahrump Tasting Room; Year-End Opening Hopeful

Pahrump-based winemaker Tim Burke will begin on Monday to transform a 2,700 square foot house into the tasting room for his Artesian Cellars wine. Burke and partner Pam Tyler hope to open at the end of the year with a steampunk-themed décor.
Burke and Tyler will do much of the work themselves. The floor plan lends itself to their vision, with an oversized family room large enough to accommodate both a barrel room and special event seating. A covered patio will become the crush pad.
